This Shipping & Shopping information is applicable for product sold directly to consumers (not retailers).


What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal online (and Paypal accepts credit cards even if you don’t have a Paypal account. If you prefer, we also accept Visa/Mastercard via phone at 866-644-4435. We do accept checks, however, we wait for the check to clear before shipping your order. This could take up to two weeks.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us first as we may be able to resolve your issue or concern to your delight. That is our first priority!  We will accept unopened product within 30 days for a full refund– no questions asked! Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit; the customer is responsible for return shipping with tracking. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the product in good condition.

If the return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or due to our error, we will also refund your return shipping costs.

Can I order by phone or email?
Yes, If you wish to purchase with a Visa or Mastercard, call 866-644-4435 9AM-6PM PST. You can contact us with your information. (Note: emailing complete credit card information isn’t a good idea on a non-secure network.)

Can I pay by check?
Yes. If you wish to pay by check or money order please send your complete order via mail with the check enclosed to: ScraPerfect P.O. Box 1943 Silverdale, WA 98383. Please be advised that if you pay by check, we will not ship your order until the funds have cleared. This may delay the processing 1-2 weeks.

What if the weather is freezing?
The label on the Best Glue Ever and Best Cleaner Ever states the products should not be frozen.  If you are in an area that is receiving below freezing weather, we cannot guarantee your product will arrive unfrozen. However, we regularly ship throughout the winter to areas which experience freezing temperatures without complaints, and we have even frozen a bottle on purpose and could not detect any issues. The bottom line is that purchasing in the winter is your choice, but we are not responsible for any product arriving frozen or damaged due to freezing during shipping. Please contact us with any questions.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, standard industry terms apply. If you have a retail store or on-line business, please contact us and request a wholesale brochure with prices, minimums, and other important details. What are your Hours of Operation?
Office hours are Monday thru Saturday 9:00 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We normally ship within 72 hours by USPS first class or priority mail. If you would like to pay for expedited service, or to ship on a business account, please contact us by email or call 866-644-4435 for prices and arrangements.

What are your domestic shipping rates?
You can see the rates filling the shopping cart, and checking the shipping.  Rates, generally ranging between $3.15 and $6.95, are calculated by weight and the type of packaging that is required. Although not so straightforward to explain, we have created a shipping to be as inexpensive as possible.

NOTE: We reserve the right to contact you if our actual shipping costs exceed the online calculated rate, and will give you the option of cancelling the order or paying additional shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are normally shipped USPS first class mail. While tracking is not available, we do purchase delivery confirmation, and can provide evidence the order has shipped.  Buyer accepts responsibility for non-delivery once the package is entered into the postal system. (If you would prefer to pay the substantially higher costs for international tracking, please email us.)

NOTES:
1. We reserve the right to contact you if our actual shipping costs exceed the online calculated rate, and will give you the option of cancelling the order or paying additional shipping charges.
2. While International packages typically arrive in 10-14 business days, every once in a while we receive an email of a delay of 25 days or more. If it seems your wait seems excessive, email us for confirmation of mailing. If it has shipped, we appreciate your continued patience. No package has ever been actually lost in the mail to date–and it has been years! (And we hope yours won’t be the first!)

What are your International shipping rates?
International shipping is calculated as for domestic plus an international surcharge as follows:
Canada and Mexico: $10.00             Other countries: $15.00

You can see the rates filling the shopping cart, and checking the shipping.The correct international surcharge is entered for you.

Duty and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
