What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal online and we accept Visa/Mastercard via phone at 866-644-4435. We do accept checks, however, your order may not ship for 1-2 weeks.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us first as we may be able to resolve your issue or concern to your delight. That is our first priority! We will accept unopened product within 30 days for a full refund– no questions asked! Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit; the customer is responsible for return shipping with tracking. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the product in good condition.
If the return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or due to our error, we will also refund your return shipping costs.

Can I order by phone or email?
Yes, If you wish to purchase with a Visa or Mastercard, call 866-644-4435 9AM-6PM PST. You can contact us with your information. (Note: emailing complete credit card information isn’t a good idea on a non-secure network.)

Can I pay by check?
Yes. If you wish to pay by check or money order please send your complete order via mail with the check enclosed to: ScraPerfect P.O. Box 1943 Silverdale, WA 98383. Please be advised that if you pay by check, we will not ship your order until the funds have cleared. This may delay the processing 1-2 weeks.

What if the weather is freezing?
The labels on the Best Glue Ever and the Best Cleaner Ever state the products should not be frozen. If you are in an area that is receiving below freezing weather, we cannot guarantee your product will arrive unfrozen. However, we regularly ship throughout the winter to areas which experience freezing temperatures without complaints, and we have frozen a bottle on purpose and could not see any difference. The bottom line is that it is your choice and we are not responsible for any product arriving frozen or damaged due to freezing during shipping. Please contact us with any questions.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are normally shipped USPS first class mail within 72 hours after we receive your order.If you would like to pay for expedited service, please contact us by email or call 866-644-4435 for prices and arrangements.

What are your domestic shipping rates?
Our rates are calculated by weight and type of packaging that is required. Very rarely, the shipping costs exceed the online calculated rates and we will contact you. (This only happens with very large or heavy orders.)
Orders not containing the Best Glue Ever or Best Cleaner Ever are calculated on weight:
up to 2 oz: $3.25
2.1 – 4.9oz $4.50
5oz -17.9 oz: $5.50
18 oz+ : $6.95
Orders containing the Best Glue Ever or Best Cleaner Ever begin at $5.50 and typically do not exceed that rate. Orders containing at least 4 bottles of glue/cleaner, or 3 bottles of glue/cleaner plus enough other product to put it over the weight limit costs $6.95.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are normally shipped USPS first class mail. Tracking is not available, although we do purchase delivery confirmation, and can provide evidence we have shipped the order. Buyer accepts responsibility for non-delivery once the package is entered into the postal system. (If you would prefer to pay the substantially higher costs for international tracking, please email us.) Very rarely, on large orders, the shipping cost may exceed the online calculated rate. We will contact you if this occurs.

What are your International shipping rates?
International shipping is calculated as for domestic plus an international surcharge as follows:
Canada $5.00 Other countries: $10.00
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping on very large orders may go over this rate. We will contact you if this situation arises.
Duty and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
