Customer Service and overall thought

I have never experienced such an amazingly impressive and good customer service and help in my life as i did today from this company and the founder of it.
She does everything in her power to help out, goes out of her way to attend her customers and my problem wasnt even their fault.
Can not thank her enough for everything she has done today.
Scraperfect Has the best service i´ve ever experienced. Thanks a million.

I had two instances of amazing customer service today, and one is ScraPerfect.

I also want to say that you have extremely well-done videos on your products in action.

Your products totally change the way I can make cards and do scrapbooking. As I get older I find that I shake quite a bit doing the "detail" work. Your "Best Glue Ever" is an amazing product and wait until you see the "Embellie Gellie" which helps you pick up teeny tiny items and place them on your craft after you have applied glue to them and the Perfect Crafting Pouch too. I am sold on their products!

The Best Glue Ever & Embellie Gellie are two "must-have" items in our store because of the personal success we have using them on our own cards and scrapbook pages. Just felt like writing to say that I'm so glad you have been uploading more videos. Many crafters make informative videos but they drone on and onand drive me crazy - it always seems as if they haven't actuallythought in advance about what they are going to say. Your videos are
nice and long (which I enjoy) but they are full of tips, ideas andood info. I have sent the link to your videos to other "crafty" friends and I will tell you that people are definitely impressed with your products! My husband does repair on composite softball bats in his spare time and I have been finding my "best glue ever" in the garage where he works! It's probably time to get him his own bottle ;) Thanks!
