How To Make Glitter Paste to Customize Decor Items

Hi Everyone, it is Renee’ with Delaney Jane Cards. Today I have a fun Decor item project for you.
About 10 months ago when my daughter Adalaide was born I  really wanted her nursery completed prior to her being born… almost 10 months later it is still not done.
LIFE GOT IN THE WAY!

Her room is ok, it is a nursery from the boys so it isn’t that bad and she hasn’t complained so I’m hoping she just hasn’t noticed. 😉

One of the projects I want to complete is custom letters for her name. Each letter being different. So far I have collected a couple letters, a capital A with a Disney Princess theme and a lowercase a in coral with glitter.

I’m hoping this project will be something I can share with you all each month so you can all help me stay on track and maybe get this done before she turns 2.

This project was super simple and I used the BGE, the Best Cleaner Ever, the embellie gellie and the strap n tap to complete this project.

 I applied the BGE to the letter and then wrapped some natural twine around.

I had a little BGE where I didn’t want it so I first used water and a microfiber cloth and then some Best Cleaner Ever to make sure there was no BGE residue.

 I created my own glitter paste using BGE and some Lapis Glitter.

 I used a pallet knife to spread it through a stencil onto the letter D.

I added some BGE to this butterfly and sprinkled some glitter on it to add shimmer and shine to this butterfly.
