how to “Break Up” with glitter mess.
As crafters, we all have a love/hate relationship with glitter.
We love the impact glitter has on our projects, but hate the mess it leaves behind.
How did I get rid of that unwanted mess?
I reach for ScraPerfect’s Perfect Crafting Pouch
& the Best Cleaner Ever!
Recently I had purchased a new crafting mat, one that handles wet mediums like ink, paint, even glue. But this past week, I learned glitter is not it’s friend. I first wiped and wiped, each time finding the glitter left behind, and sticking to the mat.
So I pulled out my Perfect Crafting Pouch, and lightly tapped an even dusting over the glittered area’s.
Once I had covered those area’s, I used a soft bristled paint brush to “dust” off the glitter.
It worked AMAZING!
For final clean up I used a wet wipe, and as you see in the photo below, very litter glitter was left behind after using the Perfect Crafting Pouch.
With the Perfect Crafting Pouch working so well with the mat, I decided to use it on my glitter covered bead tray too.
Following the same technique I used on the mat, it worked like a charm.
However, I did get get some glue & glitter on the tray.
No problem!
I just grabbed ScraPerfect’s Best Cleaner Ever, added a couple
of squirts, worked it over the glue & glitter areas, wiped clean with a wet wipe.
It actually looks brand new!
