To begin, I cut a 5.5×7.5 card from an 8×10 sheet of Kraft cardstock. I then followed by cutting patterned paper 5×7 & solid white cardstock into 6.5×4-3/4, for the layers of the card. I used a dot embossing folder & Sizzix Big Kick on the white cardstock block to add texture.

Using my die cut machine to cut designs of a snowman, hat & scarf. With ink, I lightly gray shadowed the edges of the snowman, and used a metallic ruby shade on the edges of the hat elements. I also swept pearlescent chalk along the right side of each snow man, and also swept it on the wood cut-out snowflakes I will be adding later.

Once I completed drawing the snowmen’s faces, I used the Best Glue Ever with a No Clog Writing Tip, to glue all snowman elements together, including adding the pom pom trim & TRN Dew Drops, applying these to the BGE with the Embellie Gellie.

While waiting for the Best Glue Ever to set, I added the patterned paper to the Kraft card base, also using BGE. I used double sided adhesive squares to add the now texture embossed white cardstock block. Once the snowmen set, I added them to the white cardstock blocks on each card.

To finish the card design, I used the Perfect Crafting Pouch on my holiday greeting cling stamp, for a more “crisp” stamped image (see 2nd photo below) one on the left shows how much more defined the wording is.  I then used dimension double sided squares to add sentiment to the cards.

*The Perfect Crafting Pouch can also be used to remove any tackiness left by using a wee bit to much glue on any project, as I did with one of these cards.

I used the Best Glue Ever to add jute rope trim and bow on the folded side of the card. I also used BGE to add silver sequins to the design, and to adhere a wood cut-out snowflake on each card.

And there you have it, an adorable country snowman card, to spread holiday joy to all who receive them.
