It’s Glen here with the next installment of my belated Halloween project I started weeks ago, I wish I had more time to indulge in my art but had to work today so I lost much time. But I made good use of the evening by finishing the frontispiece of the box on both sides now! I used the Best Glue Ever to make the inside of the outside window you’ve seen in previous posts.
I glued the wall pieces on either side of the window first, then the top and bottom, then I cut smaller strips to frame the outer edge of the window, then finally using a larger piece to make the shelf under the window. Then I used archival ink to stamp on clear plastic, when dry I colored in with Distress Markers and finally used the Best Glue Ever to apply a thin edge of glue just to the bottom and one edge to apply it to the piece. I also used the Perfect Crafting Pouch to run along the edge of the piece to take away the stickiness where the glue came right to the edge.
