How to Make a Beautiful Flowery Spring Card

Good morning, everyone, Steph here today with a quick, but beautiful flowery spring card.  I’m trying to think Spring because we are under another snow advisory and are expecting up to 12″ of new snow.  Brrrr!!!!!

I’ve used The Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect which is by far the best adhesive when adhering small elements.   The dew drops from the Robin’s Nest come in assorted colors and it’s always difficult to pick out the ones I want without emptying the entire container.  So the Embellie Gellie is a very handy tool – it picks up just the dew drops I wanted – no more emptying the container.

The background was stamped for a tone on tone effect with Ann Butler’s new quilting stamps from Unity Stamp Co. in conjunction with Ann Butler’s new crafter’s ink from ColorBox.

I stamped the flower on printed pattern paper and added some dew drops to the flower centers using the Embellie Gellie to pick them up and The Best Glue Ever to adhere them down – a perfect combination!

Tie a ribbon, add a stamped and punched sentiment and done.

Thanks for stopping by today.
