I loved the look and texture of the Olive Fleur paper and knew it would help create an awesome Christmas card.
This Olive Fleur paper is double sided so I was able to use both sides on this card. The striped side really adds to the beauty of the printed side. I added some Christmas red cardstock between my layers and corner rounded everything, including the card.
I chose this lovely ornament stamp and die cut it with a Spellbinders circle die, being sure to allow the leaves to remain in tact. I added some Ranger Distress Ink around the edges of the ornament, then outlined the ornaments and the leaves with Zig markers.
Selecting some Ornament Mini Dew Drops I added them to the holly berries above each ornament. I also added one dew drop to the center of the upper ornament. The Best Glue Ever was the perfect adhesive to use to adhere the dew drops in place. While the dew drops are light weight, most glues will inevitably dry out and no matter how light an embellishment is, it will ultimately fall off the card. Just a little dab of The Best Glue Ever will hold the dew drops permanently in place.
