Printing on Vellum

This layout has been on my “to-do” list for ages. I wanted to add lengthy journaling and needed a place on the layout to easily add it. However,  I had already adhered my paper, photo and ribbon to the page before I really thought about how much room I’d need.

Vellum to the answer! It’s pretty transparent and you can run it through your ink jet printer.

To get the best results, rub the Perfect Crafting Pouch over your vellum before printing. You’ll be rewarded with a smudge-free page!

And to adhere the vellum, I used the Best Glue Ever. After making thin zig-zag lines on the back of the vellum I used my finger to smooth it out all over the paper. It’s totally invisible – you can’t see it from the front! Check it out – the pattern of the Simple Stories paper shows through, but NOT the adhesive. Genius!
