Yes. Orders are shipped USPS first class mail, but only to countries that are on the USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation List (EDELCON). See chart below. Buyer accepts responsibility for condition and non-delivery once the package is entered into the postal system. To date, a package as NEVER been lost or damaged!
NOTES:
1. We reserve the right to contact you if actual shipping costs exceed the determined rate. We will give you the option of cancelling the order or paying additional S/H.
2. According to the USPS website, time-in-transit for international packages to many locations typically arrive in 10-14 business days; however, a few shipments have experienced a delay of up to 28 days. If it seems your wait seems excessive, email us and we can investigate.

YES! Although we use Ebay.com to complete your transaction instead of our website.
Why? In 2021, the EU, UK, and several other countries began requiring sellers to register in each country, collect custom duties and fees from customers and send payment quarterly. When selling on Ebay, they handle all customs requirements for us.
HOW? CONTACT US by email with your name, country, and the product(s) and the order. We will contact you with an Ebay link to your “custom kit” where you can complete the transaction.
• The typical international shipping of $30-$50 is based on the eBay-USPS estimate for the package weight and destination. Depending upon actual costs, a refund may be posted to your account after the sale is finalized.
• The cost of the products will be the same as the website prices, plus an international handling fee of approximately 16%.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and sometimes as quickly as the same day. Most often, orders travel by first class service with orders which exceeding 1 pound usually ship Priority Mail.
If you would like to pay for expedited service, please contact us by email or call 866-644-4435 to make arrangements.
NOTE: If you check the order status in your account, you will always see “PROCESSING” even after your order has shipped. You should receive an email notification when it ships. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
