card stock – white, bright blue, baby blue; sentiment stamps; Edge die, pearls, Happy Birthday Die
Start by die cutting your border die onto 2 pieces of white card stock trimmed to fit your card base.
Adhere to your blue card stock with ScraPerfect’s Best Glue Ever with No Clog Writing Cap. Look how just changing the background color changes the mood of your card.
Stamp sentiment onto baby blue card stock and trim to fit card. Add pearls to edges of card.
