Usually not, but it’s easy to remove the residue if it is visible.
If used on white or light colored paper, powders are practically invisible. On metallic, black, or holographic paper, we recommend gently dabbing or wiping with the Perfect Cleaning Cloth to remove the visible residue.
Just remember, in most cases, removing the powder is not necessary.
