Hi, ScraPerfect fans…Ro here today with a little comparison of ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever versus double-side adhesive. I used to use the sticky tape exclusively. You know what I found? It doesn’t last. I make cards and a few weeks later, all the layers have curled up. The sticky tape didn’t hold.
Both of these cards were done a few weeks ago. The one on the right was put together with double-sided tape. The one on the left was put together with Best Glue Ever. Look at the difference from a different angle.
Both cards…made at the same time…with the same amount of adhesive…weighted down by the same acrylic block and rock. See the difference a few weeks later? Let me ask you, which adhesive would you choose? I’ve convinced myself, and maybe you too, that the Best Glue Ever is the clear choice here.
Not only that, but with the No Clog Writing Cap, I was able to get precise placement of the glue on the back of that fine die-cut lettering. Not to mention perfect and easy placement of the sequins. No messy glue spots leaking out. The glue goes just exactly where I want it.
