There are TWO likely explanations…
1. There is an problem on the checkout form with how your address was entered. For example, in the U.S. only a 5 digit zip code is acceptable even though the “dash + 4 digits” is common and often preferred elsewhere.
2. You may be trying to ship to a country to which we can’t ship directly from our website. Luckily, we have a workaround for you using Ebay.com. See this FAQ for more information.
