No, although the Perfect Crafting Pouch does dramatically improve printing and speed drying with an inkjet printer, it also does this for many other types and forms of ink. There is no need to purchase a set of ‘vellum markers’ since the pouch makes writing on vellum with regular markers just as crisp and dark as when you write on cardstock. Try it with gel pens, stamp inks, permanent and water-based markers–even fabric markers! (Fabric markers are designed for writing on fabric, but they still bleed badly into polyester twill tape, for example as permanent Sharpies on wood bleeds into the grain.)
