How to Keep Your Stamps Like New

Janet from Try it – Like it – Create it using the Best Cleaner Ever to clean stamps.

I made the card above for the Fairy Stampers Video Design Team. Yes, I used the Best Glue Ever to adhere the foil paper sentiment in the center, but that is not what I am here to talk about today. If you don’t know it already, The Best Cleaner Ever truly is the Best Cleaner Ever! After stamping the fireflies a number of times in black, there was residue on the stamps.

Best Cleaner Ever

You might think the bottle is little, but you really don’t need a lot of it to work. One squirt really goes far and it is safe on your skin. I keep my bottle of the Best Cleaner Ever handy on my craft table. I always know where it is so I can easily access it quickly.

In the photo above you can see the dirty stamps. Not only the images are black but the edge of each stamp is marked with ink as well. I tried cleaning them off with a damp baby wipe but it didn’t remove all the marking. The ink I was using was pigment ink and should be easy to clean up, but it wasn’t. I knew right away the Best Cleaner Ever could do the job.

Not only does the Best Cleaner Ever remove the ink residue but it also conditioned the stamps. The stamps look like new. (any dark areas you are seeing is a shadow from my lights)
