How To Make Attractive Cards With Bright Frames

Charity here sharing a pair of attractive mermaid cards with bright frames. These cute cards feature one of my favorite mythical creatures. They were a snap to put together with the Best Glue Ever from ScraPerfect.
I started with an assortment of patterned papers, stickers, cutting dies, and silver foiled paper.
The first card has a round frame with an octopus and a seahorse for adornment.
Fold cardstock into 4×6 card blank. Cut card front 3 3/4 x 5 3/4.
Spread Best Glue Ever very thinly, attach front to blank.
Die-cut mermaid window, spread glue thinly, center on card front.
Die-cut ornate Foiled Paper Frame and add glue sparingly. Center on mermaid window.
Die-cut sentiment from contrasting color. Add a few dots of glue to the word. The No-Clog Writing Cap allows me to place the glue exactly where I want it.
Stamp and die-cut the octopus for the lower part of the frame. Use craft foam and dots of Best Glue Ever to attach it to the card front.
Add Seahorse sticker to frame. Leave to dry.
The second card uses the same process, with different shapes.
