How To Make A Shaker Card

I cut a piece of patterned paper for the front of my shaker. I cut a circle out in the center of it:

Using The Best Glue Ever with the No Clog Writing Cap attached, I put a thin line of glue around the circle on the backside:

I placed a small ziplock baggie over the opening:

When the glue was dry, I stitched around the circle, leaving a small opening at the top to add my confetti. I placed beads and sequins in the baggie: 

Then I finished stitching the circle:

This is a fast and easy way to create a shaker card!
