How To Make A Simple Birthday Easel Card

Hello crafty friends,
Melinda here with you today. I am excited to share this happy and sweet cupcake easel card. Here it is.

Here’s a look at my finished card. It is a fun cupcake shaped easel card. I used the ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever along with some Embellie Gellie and some gems.
I stamped some flourishes on the cupcake top and then used Embellie Gellie to add the pretty pink gems to the topper.

Here’s a closer look at the card when opened. I used some patterned paper along with some pink and white cardstock.  I created the pattern for the card and cut it out with my Cricut cutter. I used my Best Glue Ever to adhere all the layers. I did also use some foam tape between one of the layers and the frosting top.

Here’s a closer look at the cupcake when standing up.
Here’s a view of the card laying flat and open.

I also used my Embellie Gellie to add some more gems to the stamped flourish.
