Do you love good packaging? Do you save boxes, bows and bags to re-use for your own gifts? Then this is the post for you!
I received a gift card enclosed in a beautiful mermaid print box – thought it was so beautiful, I set it aside, knowing I could make it “my own”

Gather your supplies:
Inspired by the mermaid motif, I dug through my stash for underwater themed supplies….
- Best Glue Ever
- No Clog Writing Cap
- Embellie Gellie
- Chipboard Sea Horse (The Robins Nest)
- Dew Drops – “Rain Drops” (The Robins Nest)
- Mesh Bag from produce department of Grocery Store
- Misc. Dew Drops and Diamond Drops (The Robins Net)
Make it:
First, cut a piece of mesh from your produce bag and knot.
Adhere to box using Best Glue Ever (dries clear – no need to be careful!
Top mesh with Chipboard Sea Horse
Add “Bubbles” (Dew Drop – “Rain Drops”) Best Glue Ever is perfect for opaque elements!
Finally, toss a few multi colored and shaped Dew Drops / Diamond Drops / Tear Drops into the inside of box (for a sea glass element!)
And just like that, a stunning, personalized gift box! Perfect for gift cards, money, jewelry or small trinkets!
