Janet from Try it – Like it – Create it with a tutorial for making a Christmas card.
It is halfway through the year and a lot of crafters create Christmas in July projects. I thought I would take this opportunity to share with you an easy way to make a Christmas card. This design doesn’t only work for Christmas but can be used for a variety of different themed cards. The best thing about it is that you can use your scraps to make this card. For card-makers that are just starting out and don’t have a lot of materials, this is a fantastic design because you can use wrapping paper or magazine cuts. Pretty much any kind of paper will do.
Materials:
- patterned papers (1″ squares)
- white cardstock (8″ x 6″)
- MAKE ART Stay-tion
- ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever
- No-Clog Writing Cap
Directions:
After all the materials are prepped, I began putting the pieces together with the Best Glue Ever. Using a magnetic ruler made the alignment so much easier.
