Robin here with ScraPerfect This is my first post with ScraPerfect and my first time to work with
Best Glue Ever! I discovered today why it is the Best Glue Ever!
Wow, I am hooked! I used the glue sparingly, fast drying, dries clear, and makes a quick bond! I even used it to glue on my metallic gear. I added a wee bit of water to a puddle of Best Ever Glue and made my own decoupage medium, worked perfect! Try it!
I started by painting the gear frame with brown acrylic paint. I die cut cogs and gears, trimmed out my image and began creating the scene to be framed. I used travel tissue paper as my background, By adding a little water to the Best Glue Ever, and used it as a decoupage medium. I inked edges and spatter gold latex paint over the finished scene.
I inked the frame edges with gold ink, and finished up by gluing my cogs and gears. adding one metallic gear for extra texture.
This project would be perfect for any of your favorite men, for any reason!
