Hello and welcome to the blog. Shelly with you today sharing the first in a series of engagement and wedding layouts. My beautiful niece recently got engaged and I am so inspired to scrapbook every moment.’
My first layout is “The Proposal” – I used everything nautical and love themed from my stash and put together this lovely mixed media bunting detail using Best Glue Ever and the No-Clog Writing Cap
My bunting includes: Cardstock, acrylic, fabric, sheer organza ribbon, wood and sequins. All of these details were adhered with ONE PRODUCT – BEST GLUE EVER.
The No-Clog Writing Cap allows for precision application – great for small pieces and also saves on the amount of adhesive used.
I created the bunting by folding and gluing strips of cardstock, fabric and ribbon (BGE dries completely clear – so safe to use with sheer ribbons!) and then layering my bulkier items on top.
