With all the felt flowers I thought I’d share what I used the Best Glue Ever on – a felt minibook. I had this Fancy Pants album sitting around waiting for the perfect theme. It has chipboard, transparent and felt pages.
I used the Year.o.graphy collection from Simple Stories on this book and the Best Glue Ever to attach everything. And I mean everything!
Minibooks are meant to be handled. A lot. Here’s a tip for gluing pages to the chipboard: put a line of glue close to the edge of your chipboard. Then take a small piece of scrap paper to smooth the glue line out and around the edge. You won’t have any gaps around the edge where the paper isn’t sticking AND you won’t have any extra glue squishing out the edge when you adhere your paper.
The Best Glue Ever is also great for transparencies – like these pages!
Adhering paper to felt? No problem! After I decided what I wanted on the page, I flipped the paper and photos over and put a thin line of the Best Glue Ever on the back of each. Then I let the glue dry until tacky. After it was dry, I turned my pieces over and lightly pressed them into the felt. Done! I also added a bit of the Best Glue Ever to the stickers, as well.
Here’s the rest of the interior. I chose a photo from each month for the chipboard pages and picked a few of my favorites for the felt pages. I left two spots open in the book so I can add a few pictures from this month.
Thanks for stopping by!
