To make this layout I first assembled the background, inking the edges, then I treated the title area with the Perfect Crafting Pouch. I put the entire background through the printer and printed the title.
I used the Best Glue Ever over the main title to add glitter and created the flourishes with drafting tools. I also applied The Best Glue ever to the flourishes to add glitter.
When dry, I removed any excess glitter with the Perfect Cleaning Cloth.
