I’ve been doing a bit of remodeling and redecorating at my house. The past several weeks I’ve been focusing on my kids’ rooms. Now that they are teens (yikes!) their rooms really needed to be updated, including a fresh coat of paint and getting their floors refinished.
In order to get ready to refinish and repaint, everything had to come
out of the room and off the walls. Which left a sticky dilema….
literally. Poster tack all over the walls and doors.
Ewww….
The best way to clean this up? The Best Cleaner Ever, a paper towel and a plastic scraper, pallet knife or spackeling tool. I sprayed the Best Cleaner Ever on the glue and let it sit for about 30 seconds then used the plastic putty knife to scrape as much as the big chunks of glue off the surface.
I gave the remainder another quick spray of the cleaner and used a paper towel to wipe the remaining residue off the surface.
I had considered showing you an after picture, but seriously, how interesting is a photo of a white wall? Instead I grabbed my phone and made a short video showing how well the Best Cleaner Ever works. Granted, it’s not the most professional as I was holding the phone and cleaning a door…..
