Hello ScraPerfect fans, Kim L. here today to share with you an engagement card that I recently made. Happily, we had a recent proposal in the family and I had to put this card together quickly. Here is what I created with the help of the amazing Best Glue Ever.
To assemble this card, I cut out the layers of card stock for the background and then used my die cut machine to cut out 2 of the proposing couple images. The pink image was slightly larger than the black and they were placed in top of each other to provide dimension. I swiped around the edges of the card with a pink ink pad next. I used the Best Glue Ever on this project because not only is THE best adhesive for paper crafters, but it truly is the “quick stick” for paper and embellishments and saves time. After putting the basic card together, I added a pearl dot trim from my stash and secured it with the Best Glue Ever. Then, I started adding details to my card.
I used the Best Glue Ever on the petals of this rose from my stash and then sprinkled it with iridescent glitter for embellishment. The fabric rose was adhered to the card with a large glue dot made from the Best Glue Ever.
