I learned Paper Quilling many years ago as a young teenager. I recently bought a quilling kit to show my daughters how to do it. Working with the Best Glue Ever makes Paper Quilling that much easier. Typically you would make a small pool of glue to dip your paper into when working but with the Best Glue Ever and a Medium No-Clog Writing Cap, you can easily apply glue directly to the quilling paper.
