Yes. Orders are shipped USPS first class mail, but only to countries that are on the USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation List (EDELCON).  See chart below.   Buyer accepts responsibility for condition and non-delivery once the package is entered into the postal system. To date, a package as NEVER been lost or damaged!

NOTES:
1. We reserve the right to contact you if actual shipping costs exceed the determined rate. We will give you the option of cancelling the order or paying additional S/H.

2. According to the USPS website, time-in-transit for international packages to many locations typically arrive in 10-14 business days; however, a few shipments have experienced a delay of up to 28 days. If it seems your wait seems excessive, email us and we can investigate.

This EDELCON list is subject to change but is current as of January 2020.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and sometimes as quickly as the same day. Most often, orders travel by first class service with orders which exceeding 1 pound usually ship Priority Mail.
If you would like to pay for expedited service, please contact us by email or call 866-644-4435 to make arrangements.

NOTE: If you check the order status in your account, you will always see “PROCESSING” even after your order has shipped. You should receive an email notification when it ships. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

EU regulations as of 7/2021 require sellers to be registered and collect VAT from customers. To avoid this process, we will use ETSY.com to complete your transaction as that site handles VAT for sellers.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO? Simply complete your order on this site. You will receive an email from us giving you two options:
1. Reply that you decided to cancel and receive a refund. No purchase.

2. Reply you wish to continue on ETSY. You will be paying the same for the items, same for shipping, and will pay for VAT at the percentage for your country. We will refund the payment to Paypal, and reply with the custom link on Etsy where you would pay for the order. Your order will be processed and delivered.

ScraPerfect ships to the countries which are on the list below. These countries are eligible for the US Postal Service “E-DelCon Service”  (Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International). The list may change at any time, but as of 7/2022, the list includes the countries listed below. (Note: PLEASE READ SHIPPING FAQ for to EU/UK.)

In addition to the 50 US states, USPS DOMESTIC shipping is available for the Freely Associated States, United States Territories, and Possessions: including
American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake Island Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Wake Atoll, Republic of Palau.
