It’s Glen here with an easy project for any guy to make for his girl for that special day. I bought some wooden hearts on sale months ago and started this first one by taking out the templates and using Distress Paint colored the edges with Picket Fence. Then after several coats I cut the paper out using the template and then using the Best Glue Ever apply small dots of glue to put my paper down.
Then after I use some Distress Marker to deepen the shadows of the inner and outer heart rings I add the paper and smooth with my fingers. I also use the BGE to apply a small amount of glue to some embellishments and apply them where I want after doing a dry layout till I was happy with it.
Finally I finish off my project with a few more embellishments and some paper pieces, all put together with the Best Glue Ever . Now it is ready for someone to buy and put their favorite picture in the center. I hope you enjoyed this simple but nice project.
