Directions:
I printed the fonts directly to the 12×12 background paper, then applied the Best Glue Ever!
Ro the areas I wanted to add the tulle, let it dry. I made a knot in the center of the tulle and adhered to the tacky glue then sprinkled with iridescent art glitter and attached fabric flowers with clear rhinestone brads. “Forever” is accented with small dots of Ice Stickles.
