Winter Canvas

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here with a Winter canvas.  I can’t believe that winter is here.  It’s cold and dreary in New York, just perfect for staying indoors and creating.

I began by using molding past with a Crafter’s Workshop stencil – North Star.  Once dry, I spritzed the canvas with ColorBox Spritzers in Lemon Drop, Putty and Mermaid.

This snowman is a die cut from the Robin’s Nest and as cute as he is, he needed some dew drops to dress him up!!!

The Best Blue Ever is the perfect glue for holding those little pieces in place and the Embellie Gellie was perfect for picking up those little pieces and placing them on top of the glue.

The letters are from  KellyCraft for Ann Butler and were the perfect size for the canvas.  I stamped them with ColorBox  Chalk Ink and then fussy them before adding them to the canvas with foam adhesives for dimension.

The glittered snowflakes were adhered with the Best Glue Ever.

Some gauze was inked and added under the snowman with the Best Glue Ever.

What will you create today?

Thanks for stopping by.

Steph
