How to Make a Fun Birthday Memory: Simple Fiesta Layout

Hello and welcome to the blog today!

Shelly here with you, sharing another Lawn Fawn / ScraPerfect collaboration project!

I have created a fun, dimensional scrapbook layout using Lawn Fawn Year Seven Stamp and Die Set, ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever, Embellie Gellie and the Perfect Crafting Pouch!

This polaroid picture has been clipped to my bulletin board since the year I turned 39 – – when I got my hands on the Year Seven stamp and die set from Lawn Fawn — I knew it would finally go into one of my Scrap Albums!

I started by die cutting pinatas and treats from cardstock and Perfectly Plaid paper.
Next, I spread all of my die cut shapes out on my table and gently tapped them with the Perfect Crafting Pouch
Next, I stamped my images on the die cut shapes getting a great crisp image

Next I prepped my cardstock base by using GlimmerMist mixed with water to add some color and using a stencil and dimensional paint and stencil to add some texture.  I also used my sewing machine to add some thread and holes on the background piece

Fianlly, I added my photo and wood veneer frames and pinata details

It can be intimidating and frustrating to work with such tiny die cut pieces, but Embellie Gellie makes placing these pieces a breeze!

Thanks for stopping by the blog today!

Have a creative week!
