Hello and welcome to the blog today – – Shelly here sharing a new layout for my scrapbook / cookbook of family favorite recipes.
I have used my “dream team” of ScraPerfect products on this layout. I love the versatility of ScraPerfect products, and every time I sit down to craft, I am learning new ways to make my craft and scrapbooking projects better.
I often print journaling on different elements to include on my layouts. For this recipe, I ran journaling spots through my printer. To make sure my printing came out crisp and smudge free, I first patted the the pieces with the Perfect Crafting Pouch. After printing, simply wipe off any excess powder with the Perfect Cleaning Cloth – the result is perfect printed journaling.
I wanted to add a little sparkle to my chipboard elements. I mixed a small amount of Best Glue Ever and a dash of water to thin it just a bit. Using my fingertip, I rubbed the glue over my chipboard pieces, covered with glittered and tapped off excess. Once the pieces were dry, I used the Perfect Cleaning Cloth to rub off any excess / loose glitter.
And finally, I added a few Dew Drops as accents to my page – – Embellie Gellie is a MUST HAVE for adding small bits to your project – – the grab and release is like magic!
