Michelle here today, to share with you a very simple, yet
very romantic card that I have made recently, using Scraperfect’s
Best Glue Ever, No-Clog Writing Cap & Embellie Gellie to put it together.
Did you know that the No-Clog Writing Cap comes in a variety of sizes? Sizes that fit the tops of the smallest medium bottles like Liquid Petals or Stickles. And larger sizes that fit your favorite craft paint bottles too! There is even a medium size! As well as a variety of tips, from Extra Fine to Large.
Never waste product again!!!
In addition to the innovative products from ScraPerfect, I also used beautiful Sea Glass Tear Drops from The Robin’s Nest, for the pop of color for the black & white card.
To begin, I used an 8.5×11 heavy cardstock in white for my card, folded and sharply creased.
For a focal point, I chose a silhouette of a couple, embraced under an umbrella, cut using my Cricut machine.
I used a few light drops of Best Glue Ever, applies using a No-Clog Writing Cap around the edges and the center of the backside of the silhouette.
I then continued to use Best Glue Ever & Cap to add random drops over the surface surrounding the silhouette.
I allowed the Best Glue Ever to set to a slight tack, and then added the Tear Drops, using ScraPerfect’s Embellie Gellie to easily set the drops into place.
It actually took only 15 minutes to create this card, and can be used with any silhouette design and embellishment, and made for any occasion.
For me, I really love the simplicity of this card design, and yet it somehow looks like a small piece of art at the same time.
